Authentication Required appear everytime!

Hi guys,

I'm new to osTicket, I'm not sure if this is a bug from osTicket or my server itself. I login to the admin control panel with the login credential. However, when I try to click any of the option or menu from the control panel, it will log me out and request me to login again with the message "Authentication Required". After login it will go back to the home page of admin control panel instead of other page or menu that I wanna visit.

Please advise guys.

I've seen posts about this before. Please search the forums.

If I remember correctly the most common cause of this problem is the path for sessions is incorrect in php.ini. The second largest cause is needing cookies on.
