Hi all,
At first a BIG THANKS for (a) perfectly working script(s) ! As soon as my tests are successfully done, my donation rolls over ! I'm using OSTIC version 1.6.0 for a different purpose and so far it works fine.
Now, I had once modified the pre-made templates, to be found in the admin panel under "emails". I have also modified the user's templates, which return correctly. However, in the e-mails sent I'm receiving additionally some initial osTicket Template textes above my altered textes. To make that a bit more clear, a certain message returned from the script looks like this:
-- do not edit --
any name,
Our customer care team has created a ticket, #853542 on your behalf, with the following message.
then my message follows correctly with pre made user replies -->
at the end of the message ist says:
If you wish to provide additional comments or information regarding this issue, please don't open a new ticket. You can update or view this ticket's progress online here: http://mydomain.com/ostic/view.php?myemail&t=853542.
My question is: Where do the additional textes (in red) come from. I cannot find them anymore among the pre-made templates, to be found in the admin panel under "emails". There are only those textes, which I once all had modified. Is there any other location for the textes in red ? Or is this a permissions issue ? If so, what file(s) or directory should I chmod to 777 ?
Any Advise highly appreciated. Thanks
One additional remark please:
Under admin/Staff Panel/emails it shows the "osTicket Default Template" marked with "In-Use" = NO. How can this be set to "Yes" ?
