Hi im checking for mod than i saw before on the forum, someone created a mod than we can put on large tv with color status. Im looking for it many hours and i want to know if somebody have it . Thanks
I've done this on my company, by using the Priority Field.
I changed the field in the table OstPriority, then you can also change the color affected to each priority.
In my mind, I just have to remind that the priority field is now a " ticket status" for the IT team.
