im getting a server error, here is a pic -
i put in custom fields based on http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873&highlight=fields(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873&highlight=fields)
and it works but now im getting an error even though the tickets are going through and passing all info over. but i look in the database and the custom fields are empty. how? i appreciate any help i really do.
