Outoging Email

Hello,:)

First of all, forgive my english.

I've installed OSticket on a Linux Virtual Machine to test the App. I followed the installation steps listed in the wiki section, however, I am having problems setting up email accounts, I fill the fields with the parameters of my email provider because our servers are in an external host (POP / SMTP). But when I try to save the data I get error messages such as "Invalid login. Check POP settings" or "Can not connect to mail.dominio.com, 110: Permission denied":

Could you give me some advise?

POP error tells me that you did not successful authenticate against the POP server. Please check your credentials.

Can not connect to mail.dominio.com, 110: Permission denied sounds to me like your host does not have permission to send email through mail.dominio.com and the connection has been refused. This could be because they require SMTP AUTH and you need to use a different port number. This could be because your server is coming from an IP range that they do not allow, or any number of other networking related reasons.

Please contact your host and tell them what you are trying to do, and see if they can shed some light on your problem.

I'm going to ask our host, however, I configured that account on Outlook and it works fine, that's why I did not think of that option.
