Hi,
I am using OST 1.6 ST.
When we search for some tickets, we want to display the ticket status in extra column in the searched results.
Because via only basic search results, we always need to use filters to tackle the closed, overdue, tickets.
But i guess if we can display the ticket status in extra column in basic search only, we can eliminate the need to extra clicks for filtering results in advanced mode of search.
