Hey, I have osTicket 1.6 and the limit for the number of tickets open at one time for a person is 5. When this limit is reached it sends the user the email saying it was denied but it also sends a system Mail Daemon email to them displaying system info they shouldnt be seeing. I am using email piping and everything works but I am having this problem. Is there something in the pipe.php file that I could edit to disable this?
