Can you please help on the following:

I installed OsTicket on a MS Server 2003 machine, and it's working fine.

But I need to make this:

when a customer needs to open a ticket, I want him to send an email to ticket@domain.com

Now,it only send an email to the users included in the distribution list ticket@domain.com

This adress is the one used for sending confirmation to the customers when they call for opening a ticket.

What are the settings to change to make it possible?

Is it possible to make that the subject of the mail is defined as the subject of the ticket? And same for the content?

How I did it ...

In the System Preferences and Settings screen

Email Settings Section > added our team@ourdomain.com as the admin email this address gets sent to everybody (since we're a small company this works for us)

Alerts and Notices Section > New Ticket Alert to Admin Email
