Hey guys,

I have 2 installations of OSTicket that I would like to merge into 1.

They are not very big, so the liklihood of duplicate information is slim.

The second database has fields that the first database doesn't.

I'm no SQL Guru, so, could someone suggest the easiest method of combining the two into a single database that has all the fields of both?
