Hello everyone!
We are running osTicket 1.6 with IMAP import. Most of the mails are imported without problems. But unfortunately some e-mails are not imported. I made some tests and I found out that e-mails with the following header entry are not parsed at all:
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="=__Part66498250.0__="
E-mails with header entries like this are parsed without problems:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Windows-1252"
Any ideas? I appreciate your help!
