about 97% of my emails get delivered properly but a few don't. I have OsTicket installed with one hosting company, and my POP email hosted with another. I use SMTP sending in osticket and it seems to be confuigured properly. The only thing I see in my outgoing mail header that looks suspiscious is the term localhost, it seems too generic.

Received: from localhost (node01.tmdhosting510.com ) by mail.MYSITE.com with SMTP;

Anybody know if this would trigger a spam filter, or how it could be changed?
