I am using wordpress and I just ran the new update 1.2.7 and now I can get into the client status, but when I set it to email the client the link in the email. (Make URLs clickable)
The client gets all of the email from the post reply. The post reply will also have the link in it to click on. When the client click on the link it sends them to the site to log in to see the status of the ticket but it does not add in the @ symbol in the email field.
