Now when user send a ticket, the ticket system will send mail to our mail group: itsupport@domain.com, these mail group contain three Email recipient.
when one of the them to handle ticket, the others did not know.
I need a function:
can the system send mail to itsupport@domain.com when one of the them to handle ticket, and when the ticket is close, we are still receive mail?
