We currently PIPE paypal emails into our ticket system. These emails from paypal contai ticket #'s. We need the paypal pipe emails to 1) NOT CREATE NEW TICKETS 2) But, to be REPLIES to the ticket which contain the ticket # variable they are passing
If you can do this, how much will you charge?
