I have some mods I need a quotation for if it's possible?
I had some mods already done to OST some time ago, but a couple more have cropped up.
Can you possibly provide me with a quotation for the follow?
1. We need another column that shows and sorts the tickets by the latest reply. Imagine it like a new email... the latest thread goes to the top of the list. So if a client replies to a thread, it jumps to the top, bringing it to your attention. At the moment, if a post is on page 4, you wouldn’t know if they have replied unless you went into the thread and searched for the latest message.
2. If you sort by date, ticket number, etc, it needs to remember it via a cookie or something. You sort by date, go back, and it reverts the sorting order.
3. JUNK MAIL!
We need to be able to automatically add junk mail to a JUNK folder. We need to be able to specify keywords, like “viagra”, “penis”, etc... (found in the subject or body of the text) for them to automatically go into a folder... and that folder then needs a select all and delete. Also a "clear all junk" option.
We need to have an "allow" list... so that if for example a client mistakingly goes to this list, we should be able to allow from a domain.
4. Last but not least... MIME Encode. I'm not even sure if this is possible via a browser.
Basically... when replying to a post, I want to add a screenshot (not via browse!)... but by simply copying and pasting in the editor. Perhaps it can be done via a java plugin? Imagine you have a solution for a client, you just want to paste it into the email... rather than, save and attach (long).
The first item is really the most important, the rest of them are nice haves.
