Dear Osticket Founders,

First up all i would like to say thanks to you guys that made an outstanding source code which every seen in anywhere.

Guys i got an lotus mail server and i have installed OSticket in windows 7 machine with mysql and php.Now all working fine execept email receivings.

Please advise me ,

username : ????(db username or osticket username or lotus mail server username)

Password: ???? (db password or osticket password or lotus mail server password).

Mail Account (Optional)

host : (lotus server ip) ?????

port : lootus server port??/

pls help gents.

Basically speaking, you need to setup a POP or IMAP account in Lotus Notes specifically for OSTicket to poll. Once you do that you put the username and password (and server) into OST. Then you schedule cron.php via cron or windows task scheduler. Having never setup OST to work with LN I have no idea if it will actually work, but presuming they adhered to standards it should.
