I am having an issue where my support alert emails are not getting sent out.
When a ticket is created, an email is sent to the creator of the ticket, but no email is sent to the support staff notifying them of the new ticket.
Just recently we switched from an internal mail server to google apps.
I have tried changing the SMTP information in the email setting and no luck.
Is this an MX record issue?
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
