Hello, we have been using the OSTicket for a bit now and we love it, but there are several changes we would like to have made. Is there a dedicated development team who is available to hire to make the changes we need? We have a document which we have put together that outlines the changes we would need. Figured this would be the most logical first step to post here before looking in the development community...
