Changing Email Server

I have been using osticket on my Ubuntu server for the past year.

In the original setup, our email server sat outside the DMZ and email was working properly.

We just recently installed a new exchange server with in the LAN.

The emails are still being sent to the old email server.

Where can I go and change or view what the email server address is?

Click on Admin Panel (upper right)

Click on Emails (tab)

Click on the configured email address.

Scroll down to SMTP Settings.

Option Not available

When I click Admin Panel and then the Emails tab, it displays a list of all the emails I have in the system.

The only options from this tab are:

Email Addresses

Add New Email

Templates

Banlist

If I click on the individual email address I can then see the SMTP/POP settings.

but POP and SMTP are disabled

Since email is still being sent to the old exchange server is there a conf file that might have that address listed if I used the IP vs Name

The only other place I can think of as to where the mail server would be specified is possibly in the php.ini. Search for and/or SMTP.

Otherwise where mail goes would be controlled by the MX record of the domain. (as I imagine it would try to lookup the domain and resolve it).

Oh and Exchange 2007+ you have to enable the transport to allow your webserver to send email through it.

That worked.

I went into each of the system email accounts (Support, Alerts, etc..)

I then enabled SMPT on each account and entered the IP Address of my Exchange server 2010 that is now on the LAN. I made sure to use port 587 and authentication was required.
