I am happy to say that, we have implemented and deployed OSTicket tool in our environment (ALU Enterprise),. We are able to keep track of help desk tickets on daily basis using OS Ticket tool.Thanks.
Having said that, we need some assistance in regards to the following...
Enhancements to OS Ticketing Tool:
New Ticket Wizard:
Project and Department combo boxs populates same information.
How can we change this? Is this configuration change?
Against Assign, tickets can be assigned to any resource irrespective of their project. How can this be streamlined?

How to Sort the full names (Staff Members)?
