What I have noticed is that on the client page I get an ajax error 404. On my staff page to create a ticket it works. BUT and this is a big BUT, it only works for the users that have already put in a ticket. For example.
User A has submitted a ticket. If I go to create a new ticket for that user then the fields can be populate using the mod in the above thread.
If user B has never created a ticket before and I go to submit a ticket on his/her behalf nothing happens.
