When responding to an email notification and the screen comes up which shows all the tickets created by the user comes up and a ticket is clicked on and the screen appears for updating, the link for making a new ticket which appears in the navigation block is clicked on a screen comes up with basic information such as name/email address instead of a form with the rest of the fields to be filled out appearing...so far so good, but when the submit is clicked an error appears stating: Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again! The captcah block is missing on the form also. Anybody have this problem or know of a fix? :)
