We get a lot of requests for information or brochures about our products and services.
Ussually we send the prospects this information/brochure and follow up on the prospect if we have not heard from them within 72 hours.
However, since we get to many requests nowadays to follow up on them properly, we like to automise this process.
So lets say the prospect sends a ticket, and we reply to it, and the prospect does NOT reply within 72 hours, we like to send a automatic follow up.
Ofcourse we want to be free to choose for the functionality for each single ticket, and we want to be able to choose which follow up template to use.
Will this be possible in Osticket and does anybody have any suggestions/experience?
