Two questions:
Question # 1
I want to install OS Ticket on one domain (i.e. www,helpdesk.com) , and have it service multiple users from multiple sites/businesses. I want visitors to www,domain-1.com to see a unique interface that maybe has a banner or something that looks like it's related to domain-1.com, and I also want the same for visitors to www,domain-2.com, etc.
Will that require one install/configuration of OS Ticket on one root domain, or 10 installs on 10 subdomains?
Question # 2
It appears that this software hasn't been updated in over a year and a half. Is it still being updated/improved/supported? I'm not sure it makes sense for me to jump into something that is being sunsetted/discontinued and no longer being improved.
