We need to hire someone to help us with our OS Ticket mod.
When an email is sent to our PIPE EMAIL it currently creates a new ticket....
How can we instead get it to REPLY to an existing ticket? (The piped email does contain the ticket number in the body....). ALSO we will need it to SWITCH departments based on the contents of the email body.. for instance TECH goes to TECH dpt and BILL goes to BILL department (these are also already defined in the body of the email). Can anyone do this for us?
