I have the need to add a sub tab, apart from open, closed, new ticket, ...
This sub tab is only of the departaments
Although this field is the status of tickets, but tickets that have a specific department.

That is based on adding a sub tab "closed my ticket."
In this mod, I changed the variable $ status, for $ dept_id. There is $ dept_id = "department."
I have 2 problems.
Add the entire mod and changing the variable dept_id. Disappears the "my OS" and the new field appear only tickets I opened.
Someone would have a clearer idea.
