I have just recently installed osTicket on my site. However, I don't know how to set it up so that when someone submits a ticket they receive an e-mail with the information.
What am I forgetting to do?
Login in to OST.
Goto the Admin Panel.
Goto Settings.
Scroll down to "Email Settings" make sure those are good.
Then look down at "Autoresponders (Global Setting)" and " Alerts & Notices".
