MOD Request - Mandatory Attachments

Hello,

Am in a situation where i need to make it mandatory for the client to have an attachment on submitting their ticket.

on trying to submit with out an attachment, the system should reject the submission and inform the client of a missing attachment

I wonder if there is any one so kind to assist me implement this.

Yes. I have successfully created the mod regarding this.

Just want to know before I publish that mod: Did you implement the Multiple Attachments on Client Side mod that I created before? I ask you such question since this Mandatory Attachments mod I created based on the Multiple Attachments on Client Side.

Here is the mod

Well, all right then. (This mod) will only work if you have implemented the Multiple Attachments for Client Side that I created.

That mandatory attachment mod above will give you the ability whether to allow the mandatory attachments when your client submitting a ticket or not. After implementing it, then simply go to your Admin Panel -> Settings -> Attachments in order to enable or disable this feature.
