dear all,
i have set two depts, 1 as sales and other as support, i have then created 2 email addresses for the two and have configured them to pick emails from the addresses after every 10 minutes but when i send an email to the addresses, osticket doesnt pick them but when i log in to the mailbox i can see the emails.. there are also no errors on the ositicket..
my seetings on the email are:
username.. email username
password.. emailpassword
status.. enabled
host.. my mail host
port.. 110
protocal.. pop
encryption.... none
fetch frequency.. 10
max email per fetch... 30
am not sure what could be missing
any help greatly appreciated
