I use Google Apps to handle all my email so I want to set up POP with osTicket. I go into the osTicket admin settings and have selected Enable POP/IMAP email fetch
But I can't find ANYWHERE to enter the pop details. Anyone know??? I feel like a noob asking!
Login in as an admin account.
Browse to Admin Panel -> Emails -> The Email that you want to configure
Scroll down to the heading "Mail Account (Optional)"

AH! I knew it would be simple. Can't believe I couldn't find it. Now onto a new issue lol
