I've setup OS ticket to open tickets via email, but as a user, I can reply to a ticket notification to update the ticket, but as an admin, I can't reply to the notification, ticket does not get updated.
also, someohow, not sure what I did, I get blank subject lines for ticket notifcations. I've tried to update the template to include %#ticket, but just sends it as blanks.
any help would be greatly appreciated!!! any there are posts out there that help you with this, but it didnt work for me. I even copied the exact same files the one guy posted it up, it didnt work.
