I'm having the same issue. I can get e-mails with OSTicket and they are converted into tickets properly, but no autoresponse is sent to the customer when they send the initial e-mail in, and when there are updates to the ticket, no messages are sent out. I have verified that the New Ticket and New Message autoresponses are enabled as well as ensured that the "Disable Autoresponders" checkbox in the email settings is unchecked.
Here are the versions of everything...
Server: Windows XP SP2
Apache 2.2
PHP 5.2.5
MySQL 5.0.51a
OSTicket 1.6 RC4
The software is installed on my own PC (Windows Firewall disabled)
The POP3 email setup is an exchange mailbox on the local LAN, and the following PHP extensions are enabled right now. Is there another extension that should be enabled, or perhaps any logs generated by OSTicket?
