Fatal error ost-config.php

Hey everyone. New to this product but very excited to get in and poke around. Install seemed to go fine. Created tables as it should in MySQL. However I am getting a fatal error shown below. this is hosted with windows.

Fatal error: require() : Failed opening required '/boswinfs03\home\users\web\b1187\whl.riverplace\taylormade\support/include/ost-config.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\5\pear') in \\boswinfs03\home\users\web\b1187\whl.riverplace\taylormade\support\main.inc.php on line 75

I think that your problem is that it cannot open your ost-config.php

Is the file in

/boswinfs03\home\users\web\b1187\whl.riverplace\tay lormade\support/include/ost-config.php

Is it readable by the webserver?
