I've tried numerous advice on this forum but currently am unable to get OSTicket to display HTML emails (it just converts the HTML to plain text).
Everything else is working perfectly, we have an editor installed, we can send HTML emails and they render correctly at the end client. We are just purely trying to get the HTML within incoming tickets/emails to display.
Any help greatly appreciated.
