We have recently installed our osTicket on a windows box (from Unix). All appears to be functioning except one thing.
When Admin logs in at ourdomain.com/support/scp/, it redirects to ourdomain.comsupport/scp/. It works after we manually input the correct URL in the domain by adding "/".
Where can I change this, I do not see anything within the config files. Thanks ahead of time.
