I have some basic understanding of php code but have come across something that is beyond my abilities. I'm looking for someone that could help with some custom development.
Willing to pay if the price is reasonable.
We have two forms that I need our system to generate based on the information provided in a ticket along with some additional input from a user. I have included a sample of the forms. Also once the forms are printed I would like to have the information locked for the users.
