I have done a clean install of version 1.6 and find it very useful and easy to configure. I have been able to work through almost all of my problems/preferences/mods with the help of this forum. I now need to ask for some help.
This has been posted before but I can not seem to find the answer.
After a ticket is created an email is sent to the client and in that email is states
"You can view this ticket's progress online here:"
"http://10.10.195.248/osticket/view.php?e=email@address.com&t=594733"
First the link didn't work at all it was broken and on two lines. I edited the template putting the link on a separate line. Now it is a complete link. I click the link and I get the message "page cannot be displayed". I then copy and pasted the link directly in the browser and I get the same result, "page not found"
Looking at the view.php file i see that it calls the tickets.php file. I changed my link to,
"http://10.10.195.248/osticket/tickets.php?e=email@address.com&t=594733"
And I get the same result. I have PHP error logging turned on but I am not getting any reported errors.
I have no other issues with any other links.
