When an user create a ticket, the manager receives an alert via e-mail.
In some cases, we would like to reply the ticket directly using the manager email client software, without login in the OsTicket system. For example, the manager may have a BlackBerry or any other device where the email reply is easier than login, etc.
Is there a MOD or a way to do it? I have been looking for but I cannot find it. I have found http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6156&highlight=reply(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6156&highlight=reply) but it seems that only works for piping mode and I am using the polling mode.
