Does somebody have a MOD for Ticket locking?
i'm trying to achieve that when an user is working on a ticket, the ticket wil be locked. But when he leave's the ticket wil be given free directly.
In the settings of OS Ticket when you disable the Auto Lock Time, the ticket won't be locked when an user is working on it.
You set the auto Lock Time to 1 minute but that is to long.
I don't want a lock time when a user leaves the ticket.
any Solutions, suggestions?
(OS Ticket does rock anyway!)
