Locked out

All of a sudden I can't login, either as admin to the backend or as a user to the front end. I've done the pwd change several times to no avail - all I get is repeated "Authentication Required". FWIW my host recently ran an upgrade on the server.

Anything else I can do to debug or login? I do have phpMyAdmin access, and a cPanel DB check showed no problems.

I am having the exact same problem. Were you able to fix it at all, and if so, what did you do? I have tried changing username and password in the database, but not working.

I never got it fixed and switched to Huru in my Joomla site. I had to use phpMyAdmin to export the tickets and re-enter them.
