I have the same problem as well, it seems it is caused by the stripping that occurs when a new ticket or email enters OSTicket.
Tables are stripped as well, also HTML emails are stripped.
Striptags are used to prevent attacks that might cause your system to break...
This is good..... but unfortunately html messages, rich text does not appear in the ticket...
I know it is not reccommended, but does somebody know how to solve this or how to dsable the striptags(or how to allow certain codes)?
