Hello,
I deployed osTicket v1.6 ST successfully with the following details:
- OS: CentOS release 5.6 (Final)
- PHP: /php-5.2.9
- mail sending: SMTP
- mail fetching/receiving: POP
I configure the system alerts the following way:
- new ticket alert: Department Members (spammy)
- new message alert: Last Respondent, Assigned Staff, Department Manager (spammy)
We receive correctly the new message alert and customer response, but we do not receive any message alert when a member of the staff is responding to the ticket (neither the assigned staff, nor the department Manager). The customer (named as last respondant) is receiving an alert.
Has someone had the same behaviour? How can find where the problem is coming from?
