Hi all
I wonder if someone can help with a rather unusual problem we seem to be having with v1.6 ST ... although emails are being sent to users when tickets are created as per the policy we've set, we have noticed that the equal sign is being used as line breaks ... it's hard to explain so I took a screengrab (attached).
For info, I have also attached the configuration/message body as seen in the admin panel.
Does anyone know what I can do to remove these extra ='s please?
