error on fantastico

Hi all,

i installed osticket sometime back but uninstalled it. i am trying to install it again but getting the error below.

Install osTicket (2/3)

The installation can not be completed:

- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain support.mydomain.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain support.mydomain.com (path="/home/xxxx/public_html/support/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:

api

images

include

scp

styles

i have a subdomain support.mydomain.com..

am not sure exactly what am supposed to do because last time i installed i ddnt have nay problems.

any help greatly appreciated

I won't pretend to be an expert on any of this, but the error seems to be quite self explanatory:

there are conflicting filenames

You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:

api

images

include

scp

styles

You've still files left over from your last installation and the new install is complaining that these are still there, you need to manually remove them first.
