Customize the New Ticket Alert E-Mail Text

How to I customize the e-mail that is sent when I receive an alert for a new ticket?

Currently it looks like this, and I want to change it:

Admin,

New ticket #654039 created.

Dept: General

This is a ticket message.

You can change the text of email templates using your admin panel. Click the "Emails" tab -> Templates -> osTicket Default Template.

NO idea how I missed that. I was looking all over the files for those too, lol.
