I have some urgent mods required in my customisation of osTicket. i know its supposed to be open source and all but my requests in the forum aint getting me the kind of responses am looking forward to, so i wonder if there is some good soul who can assist me with the mods listed below so that i can get out of my predicament.
am willing to pay (will negotiate with the right person) for the effort.

I want to be able to assign more than one staff to handle a ticket. The Extra i need is to have the ability to assign a single ticket to be worked on by 2 or more staff, depending on how complex it is.
Currently, its only possible to assign a ticket to one staff member, but in my organization, this can be more than one person.this can be >=2 to
Two
I would like for an ability to have some kind of calendering /scheduling ability so that the system can then notify the customer on when and who will address their ticket.
Three
I would like for the ability to to attach multiple files using both the client and staff interface. I know there are a number of great MODs to allow for multiple attachments for the client side, but these dont seem to work in the 1.6 ST, although i am not getting any specific error.

As i have modified my form and it now has a number of fields, i would like to auto hide some so that if a customer is interested, then they have to check a box to show what is hidden.
Any assistance on any of the above would be highly appreciated
