Im having this realy ignoring bug / problem. It seems that osticket keeps importing the same mails and creates tickets on them.
I keep mails on the server as "backup".
Anyone knows howto fix this?
Once your osTickets fetches the tickets is it marking them as 'read' on the mail server?
Yes mails seems to be marked as read.
