Html for emails sent integrated with wordpress

First off, this is a great support system. I have integrated it into worpress using the wordpress plugin ZINGIRI.

This part worked pretty well. Had to do some mods but all in all worked good.

My issue now is getting the html to work in the email default templates.

I have been all over this forum and found many mods for email html. However it seems that the are scatted everywhere and I have not been able to find one with all the instructions in one place.

I need to make this change right away for this work for me.

Can anyone shed light on this for me.

I am using version (v1.6 RC5)

Most of the mods that are here are probably for 1.6ST and I recommend that you updated to the latest version prior to modifying your setup. You are running an old RC (release candidate).

Thanks for this, I will try. I am having trouble with the upgrade. I think it is do to the Zingiri plugin for this on wordpress. Once I get it to run the wizard to upgrade, I will try this.
