Can not create new ticket while logged in

Everything seems to be working just fine, except when users are logged in, they can't create a new ticket, it just says:

Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again

But all the fields are filled in correctly. The only thing I can think it is, is because the Name and E-Mail address fields are pre-filled in, I think its related to that, but don't know how to do much debugging there.

Anyone else having this issue, or know of a way to resolve it?

Can not create new ticket while logged in

I have the same problem when I use the "CAPTCHA" because there is no place to enter the CAPTCHA letters & numbers if you are logged in. It looks like a bug to me. I just disabled CAPTCHA and will get to it later. Perhaps someone else is more familiar with that bit of code.

What version of osTicket are you using? Add the below code to the top of /include/client/open.inc.php and then submit the form. It'll tell you what's empty.

1.6.0 I assume, I just grabbed latest stable from website.

I did that and it returned this:

Array ( => Asdf => abuse@aol.com => => => 4 => asdfd => sdfasdfaf => Submit Ticket => 0 => 0 )

What do you make of that?

There is no captcha displayed cuz your logged in tho.
