So I was able to set up osTicket on Godaddy shared linux hosting account. I was trying to enable imap but was getting some errors about not having imap enabled in my php file. I have read a bunch about emailing this morning from osticket - I am receiving them but it takes about two hours. What are my options to speed up the emails. I talked with Godaddy about a different program but same phpmail concept and they stated that purchasing my own virtual host and setting up a email server would be an option. What is everyone else doing? How long does it take for you to get your emails?
